Second Reading and Adoption of Historic Preservation Ordinance Amendment

Conduct second reading by title only and adopt the proposed Historic Preservation Ordinance amendment previously introduced at the prior meeting. The ordinance eliminates the Historic Review Board and transfers historic preservation authority to the City Council and Building Official.
