Update Authorized Signers – Savings Bank of Mendocino County and Stifel Investments (Remove Carol Connerton; Add Ronald Ford)

Due to Board membership changes, the Board will consider removing former Trustee Carol Connerton and adding Trustee Ronald Ford as authorized signers on District accounts held with Savings Bank of Mendocino County and Stifel Investments.
