This item asks the Board to delegate authority to the Executive Director to negotiate and execute a non-exclusive license agreement with the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians for use of the Weigh Station building and adjacent property located at GRTA's Hopland Train Station property. The proposed license would support expansion of the Tribe's California Redemption Value (CRV) recycling and buyback operations while providing tangible benefits for GRTA in the interim prior to trail development.
