In September 2025, the Board reviewed and approved the general terms of a proposed non-exclusive license agreement with VB BTS III, LLC (Vertical Bridge) for installation and maintenance of infrastructure adjacent to GRTA property on West End Road in Arcata, California. Assurance Development, on behalf of Vertical Bridge, has since requested revisions to the proposed agreement, including extended agreement terms, revised conduit alignment, and prepaid license fee options. Staff recommends the Board authorize the Executive Director to finalize and execute the license agreement, in a form approved by counsel.
