Delegation of Authority to Executive Director to Execute a Memorandum of Understanding and Interagency Agreement with County of Humboldt for Development of Eureka to College of the Redwoods Trail Segment
This item requests the Board of Directors delegate authority to the Executive Director to negotiate and execute: (1) a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) between GRTA and the County of Humboldt (County) and (2) an interagency agreement (IAA) with the County to provide technical assistance to GRTA on preconstruction planning activities for the Eureka to College of the Redwoods segment of the Great Redwood Trail and Humboldt Bay Trail.
