This item authorizes the Executive Director to execute, in a form approved by counsel, a professional services agreement with Blue Lake Tribal Manufacturing, an enterprise of Blue Lake Rancheria Economic Development Corporation (BLREDC), for design and consulting services related to trail amenities including early-stage design development, stakeholder engagement on culturally appropriate design motifs, and development of test pilot prototypes.
