Development Review Ad Hoc Subcommittee: Marybeth, Jini

This subcommittee needs one more member. Discussion of new or pending permits issued by the County, observed building activities. Update on citizen complaint regarding 9400 West Rd cannabis farm which was issued a 2B-large mixed light permit. Alex DeGrasse reported on June 1, 2020, by email that there is no evidence yet that the company or owner of the property involved in the cannabis operation has violated any codes. Subcommittee will need to continue to monitor the citizen complaints, investigate, and respond to the Council if violations occur.
