CAP: Interim Community Action Plan and Design Review: Chris, Sattie, Alex, Sheilah

The Community Action Plan was approved by the MAC on 7-15-20, and sent to Planning and Building for their review. A capable volunteer to assist in editing of the Design Guidelines is still needed.
