Call to Order and Approval of Minutes of 2-9-22.

We need to adopt findings every 30 days to allow virtual meetings provided conditions continue to exist due to Covid-19, in order to ensure the public has access to safely observe and participate in MAC meetings (Brown Act Sect. 54950-63). We will ask Zoom participants to identify themselves to avoid being hacked.
