Approve the creation of Customer Service Supervisor position and adopt the job description and salary schedule. Effective September 2nd, 2024, the Business Manager position will be vacated due to retirement and the position will be eliminated. In order to provide for continued leadership of the front office, it is proposed to create a new mid-management position of Customer Service Supervisor.
