This is an opportunity for the public to speak to the Council on any item other than those listed on this Agenda. Speakers are requested to use the podium in front of the Council and to begin by stating their name. The proposed ordinance was introduced and the first reading was waived at the March 25, 2025 regular meeting. Council will consider adoption of the ordinance, and provide direction to staff on potential amendments, if desired. Further review and discussion of potential purchasing and contracting policy manual.
