The board cannot take action on comments regarding non-agenda items. We do, however, value public input and will consider comments for future action. Comments on non-agenda items are not accepted at special meetings.

The chairperson or presiding officer shall have the exclusive authority to recognize speakers from the public during the point of discussion and before action is taken for each agenda item within the agenda. Although there is no time limit, comments are respectfully requested to be within 3 minutes per speaker per agenda item.

              • Installation of a 3-phase surge protector at Lift Station A – $1,000

              • Replacement of the 200A main service panel at the Taylorsville Lift Station, including permit, coordination with PG&E, removal and disposal of existing panel, and installation of new panel with surge protection – $5,500

                          • Swimming Pool Operations – Facility Use Agreement or Direct District Management

                            Discussion and consideration of options for operation and management of the District-owned swimming pool facility, including:

                            1. Authorizing negotiation of a Facility Use Agreement with Indian Valley Recreation and Parks District for operation and management of the pool; or
                            2. Directing staff to develop a plan for Indian Valley Community Services District to manage and operate the pool directly.

                            Recommended Action:
                            Provide direction to staff.
