        This is the third public review of the Cost Recovery Ordinance with the addition of an implementation plan, in the form of a Board Resolution and Policy.

        • Treasurer's Report:  Review and Adoption of the 25/26 Final Budget- Review of current budget Income and Expenses

          Treasurer McLaughlin will present the proposed Districts' Final Budget for the 2025-2026 budget year.  The Finance Committee has approved the budget and background to move forward.  The Treasurer will also review current income and expenses and the status of District reserves. 

          • Review and Adoption of the BPFPD Strategic Plan.

            Chief Forrest Craig will update the Board with changes to the presented draft based on comments from Board, Staff and Public.  The Board will consider moving forward with the Plan and changes.  Consideration will be give to the priority of each of the strategic initiatives.

                President Curtis will present new and an updated policies for review a possible adoption:  Policy 1028- Grooming Standards.  Policy 2150 (Updated Review) Reserve Funds. Policy 2165 CA Uniform Public Construction Cost Account Act (CUPCAA) and accompanying Resolution #2025-08.

                • Resolution 2025-07- Recognition of Director Larry Smith- for his service, commitment and dedication to the Beckwourth and Beckwourth Peak Fire Protection Districts.
