        Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Isleton confirming that regular City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 2nd Street, Isleton, California. While this has been the City’s longstanding practice, the current resolution on file does not reflect this schedule. Adoption will ensure compliance with Government Code section 54954(a), the City’s Municipal Code, and the Brown Act.
        • Approval of Loan Request Letter to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors

          Staff has been working with the Sacramento County financial staff to craft a letter for presentation to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors for a loan.  The deadline for our official request is 8/15 and budget hearings for its inclusion in their budget start in early September.

            Council has requested revisions on the responses to findings 4, 6, and 7.  Staff is presenting the red-lined updates.  Finding 4 has two potential responses, as staff recommends a brief new insertion at this time to better mirror the wording in the county loan ask.
